Where are you based?

Hall of Flame is based out of Perth, Western Australia and dispatches Hire Australia wide with a no fuss delivery and collection service via our couriers.

Is there a Minimum Order Amount

Within WA:$100 minimum hire spend.

Outside of WA:Minimum $250 (or 50pc) hire spend. Please note candle purchase and shipping does not qualify towards this minimum.

All minimum spends are exclusive of your Damage Deposit.

How is the Cost of Shipping calculated?

Your shipping is automatically calculated by a third party carrier intergration which takes into account a number of factors including product weight, dimensions, quantities and distance of the delivery postcode from any major Australian cities.

Where possible, it is recommended when Hiring for events in rural locations to ship to your nearest Capital city and transport the items to and from the rural location. This can greatly reduce your shipping and collection fee.

Similarly, if your order contains a large number of Glass Sleeves this will directly increase the volume and thus cost of your delivery and collection.

In the event that the shipping paid for is overestimated at the time of booking, Hall of Flame will refund you the difference.

How far in advance will you send my hire?

The hire period encompasses six (6) days based on the dates specified at the time of booking.

For Hire orders based outside of Perth, Western Australia, Hall of Flame will ship your hire so that it arrives 1-2 days ahead of your chosen Hire start date.

How do I return my hire?

Hall of Flame will have your hire items collected from your nominated shipping address by one of our courier partners on the final day of your Hire .

A team member from Hall of Flame will be in touch via email during your Hire period to organise this collection with you.

Do I need to clean my items before return?

The hire fee includes the cleaning of any candle wax residue left on your holders or glass sleeves. Any residue other than candle wax may incur additional charges, which will be deducted from the damage deposit.

If you wish to clean your Crystal Glass Holders: Do not expose crystal glass holders to sudden heat, such as using a heat gun or dropping them in hot water, as this can cause the glass to crack.

If you wish to clean your Plated Holders DO NOT using multipurpose cleaners, as they can strip the lacquer and damage the holder’s finish.

Size Guide

When selecting the correct sleeve pairing for your candles it is important to factor in the height of your candle holder which adds additional length to your candle and could result in your flame burning outside the top of a sleeve.

What is a Damage Deposit

A refundable* Damage Deposit is a standard fee in the hiring industry that aims to cover any potential loss or damage to the hired items during your hire.

*If all goods are returned in their original condition, the damage deposit will be refunded in full. Any loss or damage, excluding reasonable wear and tear, will be deducted from the deposit.

How much is the damage deposit?
Your damage deposit will amount to $250 OR 20% of the total Hire value ex. shipping (whichever is more).

When will I need to pay the Damage Deposit?

A payment link for the Damage Deposit will be sent to the email address used for booking within twenty-one (21) days of the hire start date.

Goods will not be dispatched or available for collection until the Damage Deposit is paid in full. Any delays in payment may result in shipping delays, for which the Hiree is solely responsible.
