PLACE YOUR ORDER

Request your booking items & dates via the online store by placing a free order.

If the dates you wish to select are unavailable, please contact us to confirm any availability.

Once you have placed your order/booking request online, we will confirm your order and provide a return shipping quote and payment link within 24-48hrs.

Unfortunately, all orders have a $250 minimum requirement. All requests under $250 will be rejected.

2-3 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR EVENT:

PAY THE REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A min $250 or 20% (whichever is greater) Refundable Damage Deposit will we sent to your inbox for payment 21 days prior to dispatch.

Delays in payment may result in delays in dispatch.

FIRST DAY OF HIRE

RECIEVE YOUR ITEMS

Please ensure to check over any fragile items after you receive your hire. We have a 24hr period to notify us of any damage from transit or wrong items.

LAST DAY OF HIRE

WE WILL COLLECT YOUR RETURN

Prior to collection, an automated email will be sent to your inbox with instructions for collection.

You must respond with:

- Collection box dimensions, weights & quantities.

We will then send you packing slips to print out and stick on the box.

Our courier will then collect your items.

3 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF RETURN

WE RETURN YOUR BOND

Once everything has arrived back at HQ, give us 3 days to check and clean your items. Then once your items have been deemed reusable, your bond will be refunded back onto your card.
