We’ve designed an effortless hire experience with door-to-door return shipping Australia-wide, complimentary cleaning (no scrubbing required), and dedicated customer service to ensure your event is seamless.

Shipping is available to metro areas only. We’re no longer able to ship to rural locations.

Please note there is a minimum $250 order amount excluding deposit & shipping. Any orders placed under this amount will be rejected & refunded.

After booking, a return shipping quote will be provided to you based on your selected items.

The remaining balance, plus a mandatory $250 refundable bond, will be charged at dispatch or collection.

Cancellations or amendments are permitted up to 30 days before the start date without penalty. Cancellations within 30 days will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

1-2 days before your start date

Perth Pick-up: Collect your hire items from our Burswood warehouse anytime from 12pm on your start date.


Shipped items:
You will receive your HIRE items 1-3 days before your event date.

Please inspect all items upon arrival and notify us immediately (with photos) of any damage or missing pieces so we can arrange a replacement.

Please retain all original boxes and protective packaging, as items must be returned repacked in the same materials.

Return your hire

Return labels and paperwork are included inside your delivered boxes.

As a courtesy, Hall of Flame will arrange one collection booking on your behalf, if this is missed it becomes the hiree’s responsibility to return the boxes to the nearest StarTrack depot.

Collection times:
Collections occur between 9am–5pm on the final day of your hire. To avoid waiting around you can drop directly to a depot a a time that suits you.


Repacking your items:

- All items must be repacked in their original packaging as received.
-Fees may apply for missing packing materials.
- Place new shipping labels over the old ones to avoid confusion.

Cleaning: Cleaning of wax & smoke residue is included in the hire cost.

Broken Glass: Any broken glass must be removed from the boxes, otherwise our couriers will refuse collection.

REFUNDABLE BOND RETURN:
Once your hire items are returned, please allow 1–3 days for inspection. Your refund will be processed within 7 days from receipt of return, and you will be notified of any deductions.
