how to place your hire order online
We've created an online system to easily be able to book your hire up to 365 days in advance, with only a 25% deposit.
We recommend reading through the below information before placing an order.
know your dates
selecting your dates
All hire periods by default are 6 days.
Your start day is the day you wish to receive (if shipped) or pickup your items.
We recommend selecting a start day 1-2 days before your event.
Start dates cannot be selected on weekends, as all collections and dispatches occur on weekdays only.
Please ensure all your start days are the same when selecting multiple items.
know your quantitiy
Selecting your quantity
Once you add a product to cart, you will be unable to edit quantity in the cart.
Editing quantities in the cart may trigger a 'NO MORE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE' message. This does not indicate a stock issue—it simply means availability cannot be verified without reselecting dates through the calendar.
To adjust quantities, please remove the item and restart the date selection process.

checkout
placing the order with a 25% deposit
Placing an order with a 25% deposit is only available via the online store.
Your deposit will only be calculated at checkout, so don't worry if you can't see it in your cart.
If shipping has been chose, once you have placed your order, a HIRE team member will reach out to provide you your shipping quote for approval.
Once approved, the remainder 75% + Shipping + $250 Refundable bond will be deducted at the time of dispatch (typically 7 days from start date) or 1 day prior to collection.
